Mona is a fully virtual school offering CBC/CBE learning for Grades 1–12, with live lessons, teacher guidance and practical learning activities.
We cater for Primary, Junior School and Senior School, from Grade 1 to Grade 12. We do not offer pre-primary.
Learners join live, interactive lessons through Zoom. Our learning platform brings together materials, assignments and teacher feedback.
A reliable laptop or tablet with a camera and microphone, stable internet and a quiet learning space. Headphones are recommended. An adult should be nearby to support younger learners.

No. We work closely with families, but a parent's presence, encouragement and supervision remain essential, particularly for younger children.
No. Mona teaches, supports and assesses learners internally. For national examinations, we guide parents through registration with an approved examination centre, where the learner sits the examinations.
Families considering a transfer are welcome to contact Admissions. We will discuss the learner's current grade, learning history and the requirements for joining Mona.

Yes. Extra and holiday tuition is charged at KSh 700 per hour. Contact Mona to agree on the subject and lesson arrangements.
