How Mona Virtual School collects, uses and protects the personal information families share with us.
Draft for internal review — not yet legally approved. This page describes Mona Virtual School's current operating practices in plain language. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and should not be relied on, or shown to families as final, until Mona's leadership approves it.
When you use a form on this website, we collect what you choose to share with it — typically a name, email address and/or phone number, and the content of your message, application or enquiry. Teacher applications also include a CV file.
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, process an admission or teacher application, or coordinate the support, sponsorship, donation or partnership you have asked about. With a teacher applicant's explicit, separate consent, we may also keep their application on file for future opportunities.
Form submissions are delivered by email to Mona's admissions inbox. Uploaded CVs are held on our server only for as long as needed to attach them to that email, then deleted; they are never placed in a public folder or given a public web address.
We use an email delivery service to send messages from this website to our inbox, and Google Forms to collect student admission applications — both are governed by their own providers' privacy practices. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use advertising or tracking networks on this site.
See our Cookie Policy for the limited browser storage this site uses.
Most information submitted through this website is provided by a parent or guardian on behalf of a learner, not by the child directly.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time via Contact Us.
