Sibling Discount

10% | 15%

10% off tuition for the second child, and 15% off tuition for the third child enrolled from the same family. Sibling discounts apply to tuition only — not the admission fee or optional programmes.

Live Online Classes	Scheduled teacher-led lessons aligned to the Kenyan CBC/CBE curriculum.
Mona Learning Platform	Access to classes, assignments, relevant resources and learner information.
Assessment & Progress Tracking	Classwork, quizzes, projects, tests and teacher feedback.
Parent Progress Visibility	Relevant progress information including assignments, attendance and teacher feedback.
Teacher Support	Clarification, targeted support and appropriate follow-up where learning gaps are identified.
Selected Mona Clubs	Access to selected school clubs included within the standard learner experience — availability may vary by learner age, term, enrolment and instructor availability.

The activities below are optional. They are offered as additional enrichment and do not affect access to Mona's standard academic programme.

Optional means optional. These programmes are offered as additional enrichment opportunities and are not required for access to Mona's standard academic programme. They are charged separately from tuition and are not covered by sibling discounts.

Important notes

Sibling discounts apply to tuition only, not admission fees or optional programmes.
Families provide the learner's primary device, internet/data, headphones where needed, stationery and a suitable home learning space.
Unless expressly stated, fees exclude physical books, printed materials, robotics kits, specialist equipment, trips, meet-ups and partner venue charges.
Mona is not a registered examination centre. All national examinations are taken at registered examination centres; Mona can guide parents through the relevant registration and examination-centre process.
Mona may review fees from time to time and will give families reasonable notice of approved changes.

Mona School Fees Policy

To keep billing clear and consistent for every family:

Fees are due on or before the 5th of every month. Class and platform access may be suspended until overdue fees are cleared.
Fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, except for duplicate/overpayments or where required by law.
Sibling discounts: 10% off tuition for the second child and 15% for the third child. Discounts apply to tuition only.
Outstanding balances must be cleared before a new month or term. Some school services or reports may be withheld until payment.
Optional activities and extra tuition are charged separately. Holiday tuition and extra classes cost KSh 700 per hour.
Withdrawal requires at least 30 days' written notice. Any fees already due remain payable.
Payments should be made only through authorised school channels, and proof retained.
