Guidance for learners and families on what to expect, and what's expected, at Mona.
Draft for internal review — not yet legally approved. This page describes Mona Virtual School's current operating practices in plain language. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and should not be relied on, or shown to families as final, until Mona's leadership approves it.
Learners are expected to join live lessons on time, according to their class timetable.
Learners are expected to have their camera and microphone available as directed by their teacher, to participate respectfully, and to avoid disrupting the lesson for others.
Learners are expected to complete their own classwork, assignments and assessments honestly.
Use of the Mona Learning Platform and any Mona-provided digital tools is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy.
Families are asked to provide a quiet, appropriate space for lessons, as described on our Admission Requirements page.
See Student Support for how to reach a teacher or our support team.
