This policy applies to the Mona Learning Platform, live online classes, and any other digital tool Mona provides to learners and families.
The platform and live classes should be used only for their intended educational purpose. Login credentials are personal and should not be shared with anyone outside the immediate family.
Lessons should not be recorded or redistributed without permission from Mona.
Harassment, cheating, and attempting to access another learner's or teacher's account or data are not permitted.
Families are responsible for keeping their login details private and for reporting any lost or compromised access to us promptly via Contact Us.
